REFUND POLICY

  1. THE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

    Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your orders within Twenty Four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to the assign of designer (except for the transaction fees charged which is non-refundable). Once the designer has been appointed to the project, refund is not allowed.
  2. THE REFUND POLICY

    We offer a refund within Fourteen (14) days time period from the order received date under the following circumstances:
    • No response from INTERIOR HUNTERS within 24 Hours after the customer received the confirmation email.
    • In the event INTERIOR HUNTERS fails to assign design within THREE (3) days after received the information submission from the customer.
    To receive a refund, customer must submit your personal details, invoice number with payment proof and the reason for cancellation and/or refund to customerservice@inhunters.com.
